Standard Delivery

1 man standard delivery to kerbside.

Customer receives pre alert of delivery date. Delivery to business or home address.

Shipping to mainland UK (excluding Grampian and Highlands) should expect delivery the following working day, after the order is dispatched. Customers in Grampian, Highlands will receive the delivery 3-4 working days for standard delivery after dispatch. (Our apologies, it takes the couriers a little longer to get to you).

What happens if the item arrives damaged?

In the event that the package arrives damaged, you must sign for as damaged with the courier and let us know. 
If, once unpacked, there are any damaged items please inform us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve the situation as soon as possible. If you can, please send a picture of the damage. It helps us resolve the problem quicker. 

IMPORTANT: It is an all day delivery (8am to 7pm) and we are unfortunately unable to supply you with a delivery time for this delivery. Please do not book your fitter for the date of kitchen delivery. The delivery can arrive at any time up until 7pm.

Please ensure someone is available to help the driver unload. The standard delivery is a one man, kerbside delivery. They may require help, especially with heavy and bulky items, such as the larder units and corner units.
